Use of prompts

Prompts published on PromptyBox are free to use for personal and commercial projects unless a prompt's individual licence field states otherwise. Attribution is appreciated but not required for prompts marked as "free". Some prompts may carry attribution or other conditions, which are shown on the prompt's page.

Intellectual property

The editorial content of the site — descriptions, usage notes, categorisation, page copy, and the site design — is owned by PromptyBox and may not be copied wholesale or republished as your own catalogue. You may share links to individual prompt pages freely.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape or harvest the site at abusive rates or in a way that degrades service for others;
• misrepresent PromptyBox content as your own catalogue or database;
• use the site to violate the terms of any third-party AI model provider; or
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.

Third-party models and no warranty

Prompts are provided "as is". The output you get depends on third-party AI models that we do not operate or control. We make no guarantee about the availability, quality, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose of prompt output, and results will vary between models and versions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptyBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or of any prompt obtained from it.

Advertising

The site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser; we are not responsible for third-party products or services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
