This Privacy Policy explains what information PromptyBox ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Anonymous engagement. When you copy or like a prompt, the action is recorded against a salted, daily-rotating hash derived from connection details. This hash cannot be reversed to identify you and is not stored next to your IP address.
• Search queries. Terms typed into our site search are logged anonymously so we can improve the library and see what content is missing.
• Log data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information from visitors.

Cookies and web beacons

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your theme preference, understand traffic, and serve advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

Data retention

Anonymous engagement and search-log data are retained only as long as they are useful for improving the library, and are periodically cleared.
