For help with prompts, saved items, images, notifications, privacy, or advertising, email hello@promptybox.com. Include your device type and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

Common fixes

If images or prompts are missing, check your connection and refresh the screen. Saved prompts and drafts are stored on this device, so reinstalling the app or clearing its data can remove them. Notification permissions can also be changed in your device settings.
